Click on the "Discussion Board" box on the left-hand
side of the main web Home/Cover page.

Register/ log on to the Discussion Board page. This is a simple one-time
set-up. Click on the “log
on” icon. Use a simple password/ID and keep it for future
reference.

Click-on the topic or topics you wish to read or
write about-- double click over the title
on the left hand side of the page, such as "Complaint of
the Day", "Board Meeting", etc.
4.
To write your comments or suggestions hit “Reply”
on the bottom of the topic page you are reviewing.
5.
When you are finished writing you might want to click-on the “Spell
Check” feature on the bottom of the page.
6.
Then just click-on “Post
Message”
on the bottom of the page next to the spell check
feature.
